A practical workshop led by an accredited trainer, The Common Approach® is a prevention-focused and flexible way of working to help everyone have quality conversations with young people and their families about all aspects of their wellbeing. These aspects fall into six wellbeing areas that align with The Nest: Loved and Safe, Healthy, Participating, Positive Sense of Culture and Identity, Material Basics, and Learning.
Sing&Grow has developed a 2-hour experiential Music Tools Workshop designed for staff in Healthcare or Community settings working with children aged 0-5 years. It provides practical guidelines and tools for incorporating music into everyday work with children. Participants should expect to gain concrete ideas and activities that can be immediately applied in the workplace. This workshop is offered in 3 different formats, each with a specific focus. Tailored Music Tools Workshops can be developed upon request and are currently offered in the focus areas of: Music in everyday practice, Trauma-Informed, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
A one-hour workshop for parents, playgroups, community workers and other professionals designed to empower you to facilitate
your own small music sessions with children and families using your new Time for Tunes resources. In this workshop,
you will gain lots of practical ideas for using music to support children’s development.
