JULIA OREOPOULOS, National Manager
Julia Oreopoulos is the National Manager for Sing&Grow Australia, overseeing all program and service innovation and delivery. Julia has worked as a Registered Music Therapist for over fifteen years, with clinical experiences across the lifespan including specialities in early intervention, children’s bereavement and palliative care. She joined the Sing&Grow team in 2014 and took on the National Manager role in 2016. Julia is passionate about empowering all families to use music in their daily lives to improve their health and well-being. Julia’s custodianship of Sing&Grow has allowed the national team to flourish, trying new and creative ways to engage with a broader cross-section of Australian families whilst staying true to our core goals of supporting children and families with the greatest need.

Jessica Higgins is our Victoria and Tasmania State Manager. She joined the management team in 2019 after working with Sing&Grow for 3 years in a clinical role. In her time as Manager, she has supported the national team in developing online options for delivering our programs and workshops, and has overseen rapid growth in her team of Registered Music Therapists. She is kept busy planning programs across the two states and providing support to her team, while still running workshops herself on occasion (many now online). She appreciates being part of a leading music therapy service in Australia, making tangible and lasting impacts for Australian children and families, and is passionate about ensuring that communities in regional and remote areas have access to quality music therapy services.

CATHERINE WILMOT, Manager (SA/WA) Program Integrity
Catherine Wilmot is the State Manager for our WA and SA teams. Catherine has been a Registered Music Therapist for over twenty-five years and began with Sing&Grow in 2005. In that time she has been part of exciting national innovations, expansions and changes. As well as supporting her team of music therapists, Catherine is also responsible for Sing&Grow’s internal evaluation and data collection processes, ensuring that Sing&Grow continues to provide the best possible service for families that we can. Catherine’s eye for detail and commitment to best practice is a huge asset to the Sing&Grow team.
